The map is Blizzard’s own; who lives here and what they sell or teach is Classic’s data, named below.
The map is from Blizzard’s WoW: Forever beta client, version 1.60.1.70425. The people, their titles, wares and trades are Classic’s (cmangos-classic), each placed in town by the client’s own terrain; Forever can change them. Item names and tooltips are Forever’s. The Bulwark is a fortified wall on the eastern edge of Tirisfal Glades, where the Forsaken and the Argent Dawn hold the line against the Scourge in the Plaguelands beyond. High Executor Derrington directs the fight against the Scourge's foothold from here.
