The map is Blizzard’s own; who lives here and what they sell or teach is Classic’s data, named below.
The map is from Blizzard’s WoW: Forever beta client, version 1.60.1.70425. The people, their titles, wares and trades are Classic’s (cmangos-classic), each placed in town by the client’s own terrain; Forever can change them. Item names and tooltips are Forever’s. The Mirage Raceway sits on the Shimmering Flats in the south-east of Thousand Needles, a track where goblin and gnome engineers race rocket cars against each other to settle which race builds better machines. Neither side ever quite admits defeat, and both are always looking for help: new parts, better fuel, and someone to deal with the other team.
