The map is Blizzard’s own; who lives here and what they sell or teach is Classic’s data, named below.
The map is from Blizzard’s WoW: Forever beta client, version 1.60.1.70425. The people, their titles, wares and trades are Classic’s (cmangos-classic), each placed in town by the client’s own terrain; Forever can change them. Item names and tooltips are Forever’s. Aerie Peak is the home of the Wildhammer dwarves, built high on a mountain in the west of the Hinterlands and crowned with a great gryphon statue. Unlike their Bronzebeard cousins of Ironforge, the Wildhammers live under the open sky and fly gryphons into battle, and they welcome the Alliance as friends, if not always as equals.
