The map is Blizzard’s own; who lives here and what they sell or teach is Classic’s data, named below.
The map is from Blizzard’s WoW: Forever beta client, version 1.60.1.70425. The people, their titles, wares and trades are Classic’s (cmangos-classic), each placed in town by the client’s own terrain; Forever can change them. Item names and tooltips are Forever’s. Rut'theran Village sits at the roots of Teldrassil, on the shore of the sea, and is the tree's only real door to the outside world. Boats from Auberdine on the Darkshore coast tie up at its docks, and a portal carries travellers up into Darnassus, high in the branches above.
