The map is Blizzard’s own; who lives here and what they sell or teach is Classic’s data, named below.
The map is from Blizzard’s WoW: Forever beta client, version 1.60.1.70425. The people, their titles, wares and trades are Classic’s (cmangos-classic), each placed in town by the client’s own terrain; Forever can change them. Item names and tooltips are Forever’s. Tarren Mill was once a human village in the hills of Hillsbrad. Now it is a Forsaken town, the largest settlement in the foothills, held for the Horde, and the source of a steady stream of raids against Southshore and its farms. The Forsaken here have their own reasons for wanting the living gone from these hills.
