The map is Blizzard’s own; who lives here and what they sell or teach is Classic’s data, named below.
The map is from Blizzard’s WoW: Forever beta client, version 1.60.1.70425. The people, their titles, wares and trades are Classic’s (cmangos-classic), each placed in town by the client’s own terrain; Forever can change them. Item names and tooltips are Forever’s. Thalanaar is a small night elf outpost on the far eastern edge of Feralas, where the jungle gives way to the canyons of Thousand Needles. It guards the road between the two zones and gives Alliance travellers a safe stop on the long way south.
