The map is Blizzard’s own; who lives here and what they sell or teach is Classic’s data, named below.
The map is from Blizzard’s WoW: Forever beta client, version 1.60.1.70425. The people, their titles, wares and trades are Classic’s (cmangos-classic), each placed in town by the client’s own terrain; Forever can change them. Item names and tooltips are Forever’s. Westbrook Garrison is a small Stormwind army post in the south-west of Elwynn Forest, guarding the road toward Westfall. Its soldiers watch the border country, where gnolls roam the woods and the Defias Brotherhood creeps in from the farmlands to the west.
