Darkshire, once called Grand Hamlet, is the last true town in Duskwood, a huddle of houses and lanterns at the crossroads under the dark trees. Lord Ello Ebonlocke governs it, and the Night Watch, led by Commander Althea Ebonlocke, keeps its streets as safe as anything in Duskwood can be. Its people have plenty of work for strangers: the undead of Raven Hill, the worgen in the woods, and the ghosts of the forest's grim past.
