What the quest giver says.

‹name›, ‹class› and ‹race› stand for your character’s.

After Garrosh's death, Thrall found himself doubting his abilities. And so he made a choice - his new path would be his family. They retreated back into Outland, where his ancestors once lived, and found personal peace. All the while, Azeroth was facing a new war - one that could burn everything he had once fought for to the ground.
