Quest text

What the quest giver says.

‹name›, ‹class› and ‹race› stand for your character’s.

Ah, ‹name›! I hear you have a standing invitation to Archmage Khadgar's... Arcantina? Can you go there for me and bring this missive to the Archmage? I need to source reagents for the sheer volume of telemancy spells I have been asked to conjure. Magister's Terrace has been an excellent source up until recent events but really I need the Kirin Tor to loan me some of their harder to find ingredients.
