Quest text

What the quest giver says.

‹name›, ‹class› and ‹race› stand for your character’s.

We need to figure out what the Twilight's Blade is trying to do here. We also need to get rid of these cultists so the Magisters can get back to their work building runestones. Take out as many cultists as you can. See if any of them are carrying information we can use.
