Late Bloomers

It is good to see you again, ‹name›. Orweyna told me that you might be able to help me with something. A group of rutaani were due to arrive here earlier today, but they're late. They're coming up from Blooming Terrace with my mentor, Ru'gar, and I am worried they've had trouble on the road. Will you scout along the road from here down to the Terrace? I'll come up from there and we can meet on the way if we find nothing.
