We must do what we can to ensure that the Nightmare never again festers within the Emerald Dream. The aberration known as Il'gynoth lies at the heart of the corruption - a living, writhing manifestation of the horrors you will encounter at every turn of your journey. We can study them to figure out just how the Nightmare grew so quickly.
