The map is Blizzard’s own; who lives here and what they sell or teach is Classic’s data, named below.
The map is from Blizzard’s WoW: Forever beta client, version 1.60.1.70425. The people, their titles, wares and trades are Classic’s (cmangos-classic), each placed in town by the client’s own terrain; Forever can change them. Item names and tooltips are Forever’s. Elder Rise is the northern mesa of Thunder Bluff, home to the city's druids and elders. Hamuul Runetotem, the elder druid and Cairne Bloodhoof's oldest friend, can usually be found here, and the leaders of other tribes keep their own lodges on the rise, among them some who are less sure than Cairne that the tauren belong with the Horde.
