The map is Blizzard’s own; who lives here and what they sell or teach is Classic’s data, named below.
The map is from Blizzard’s WoW: Forever beta client, version 1.60.1.70425. The people, their titles, wares and trades are Classic’s (cmangos-classic), each placed in town by the client’s own terrain; Forever can change them. Item names and tooltips are Forever’s. The Crossroads is the Horde's largest outpost in the Barrens, a walled town where the roads from Orgrimmar, Mulgore, Ratchet and the south all meet. Nearly every young member of the Horde ends up here sooner or later, picking up orders at its inn and guard towers, and it is constantly under threat from centaur raiders and quilboar, and sometimes from the Alliance.
