The map is Blizzard’s own; who lives here and what they sell or teach is Classic’s data, named below.
The map is from Blizzard’s WoW: Forever beta client, version 1.60.1.70425. The people, their titles, wares and trades are Classic’s (cmangos-classic), each placed in town by the client’s own terrain; Forever can change them. Item names and tooltips are Forever’s. The Valley of Trials is a dry canyon in southern Durotar where young orcs and trolls begin their lives as adventurers. As its name says, it is a place of rites of passage: here they learn to fight boars and scorpids, prove themselves against the Burning Blade's cultists in the caves, and earn the right to walk out into Durotar and on to Razor Hill.
